To get involved practically there are a number of things you can do:
- Give out leaflets in your workplace (or with us – see ‘What’s On’)
- Write to your local councillors and demand they don’t introduce cuts
- Write to your MP and ask the same
- Write a letter to your local newspaper
- Donate some money
- Make banners/placards
- Find out what cuts are happening in your workplace or sector and let us know
- Speak to your union rep and organise within your workplace
These are just a few suggestions to get you started, but be creative. Spread the word, organise and make some noise about it!
